Enjoy summers on this gorgeous RV lot at White Oak Landing! This lot is actually a combination of two lots. The "A" lot is on the banks of the Tennessee river. It measures 57X281. The "B" lot is 1 full acre. It is not on the water, but very close. These lots can be fully developed for personal use, or rented out when you aren't using them. City water is available, and usually runs about $25/month. The bank on the "A" lot has just been rocked by the sellers to prevent erosion. It looks fantastic! Buyers will need a septic tank. Electricity is at the road. Boat docks are allowed with a permit from TVA. Many of the lot owners build big pavilions that look really nice with hookups on each side.
